We spend the most fantastic week in Gianfilippo's house. Stylish and comfortable inside and outside. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teens. Lovely garden, perfect location just next to one of the old ports to charming Amelia, and the incredible pool ... we miss it already and hope to be able to return some day.

This villa is sensational. Unlike some AirBnb places you can tell people actually live in this house and care for it.
The layout is ideal - kitchen/ living/ entertaining area's upstairs with bedrooms downstairs. Bedrooms all open onto a beautiful garden. Aircon throughout.
Fantastic, easy to use wood fire bbq also.
Great access from the garden gate directly to the town (50m away). Town is small and pretty and feels off the tourist track (in a good way) - felt we were some of the few tourists there so very genuine experience.
Garden in the villa is large and wonderfully maintained. Pool and deck surrounds have ample lounges and great shade.
Wifi works really well throughout the property too (including in the garden and at the pool).

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house. It was very clean and spacious and had everything that we needed. The pool was beautiful and a perfect temperature in the summer. Views from the house are stunning.
Just a few minutes walk into the small town of Amelia, where there are a few local shops and restaurants. There is also a supermarket close by.

This villa is beyond beautiful. It is perfectly located near to the main historical centre of Amelia. There is a wonderful fresh pasta shop, a cheese shop and amazing gelato all within easy walking distance. The villa's kitchen has all that you will require and more to cook a fabulous meal with local produce. There is also a lovely panetteria on the main hill, (via della repubblica) where you can sit and chat with the locals over morning coffee and a cake/ pastry. Perfect for a lazy week if that Is what you are looking for. Don't leave without climbing to the top of the hill in the town and visiting the cathedral. It's stunning inside.
Amelia itself isn't a particularly touristy place, so for us it offered a truly authentic Italian experience, however if you want more, by car there are many visit worthy towns/villages in this region, Orvieto, Spello, Speloto, Todi, Gubbio. All great for a day trip out from the villa. The hosts, Gianfilippo & Sara were friendly and welcoming.

Unique location: The house opens onto a valley with stunning views of the Umbrian countryside on one side, while on the other, it is just 50 meters from the town walls, with everything within easy reach.
The spaces are well-distributed, beautifully furnished, and equipped with all modern comforts—we truly felt at home!
